I have always had a love for teaching, and of course animals. While attending college I spent a lot of time working at Great Plains SPCA as an adoption counselor, interned with a veterinarian, and part of a dog behavior internship. I graduated with a BS in Wildlife Ecology, and Conservation but could not stop there. Due to my passion for teaching I am currently on the tail end of my master’s degree in the art of teaching, and then plan to continue onto a specialist degree in curriculum writing. I was thrilled to join the D.O.G. team and have the opportunity to chase my passion for animals, and education. When I am not teaching classes at D.O.G. you will find me in my 7th grade science classroom, enjoying the outdoors, fishing, hiking, and kayaking. I cannot wait to help clients meet their goals and truly cherish the journey with their dog.
